Keep reading to find out what we can offer you! **Your main mission** will be to ensure the good condition and functionality of the buildings comprising the BCC ecosystem, by carrying out daily monitoring of equipment, objects, and shared spaces within the ecosystem. **Our main areas of work focus on:** * Performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of facilities. * Resolving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, or similar faults. * Installing audiovisual equipment. * Relocating furniture and adapting spaces for planned activities. * Supervising the execution of tasks by the subcontracted maintenance team. * Cleaning outdoor areas. #### **Requirements** **Do you identify with the following characteristics?** * You hold a Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate in Electrical and Automatic Installations and/or have at least one year of experience in building maintenance. * You possess knowledge in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and audiovisual systems. * You are available to work morning and afternoon shifts (rotating schedule). * You have strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset. **You will stand out if:** * You are proficient in spoken and written Basque. * You have experience working in international and multicultural environments. * You are proactive and solution-oriented. **What can you expect from Basque Culinary Center?** * Working in a trust-based environment. * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time rotating shifts (one week mornings, one week afternoons). * Schedule: (Mon–Fri) Mornings: 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. / Afternoons: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. * You will actively contribute to maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.
