Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge to perform building surveillance, access management, equipment monitoring, and emergency assistance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Building access surveillance and management. 2. Monitoring the operation of condominium equipment. 3. Emergency assistance and leadership during evacuations. A person is required to perform concierge duties in a building. Basic computer skills and prior experience in similar positions are considered advantageous. It is essential that the candidate holds a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% and/or IPT, as priority is given to candidates with functional diversity. Main responsibilities will include building access surveillance and management, monitoring the proper operation of condominium equipment, mail reception, and emergency or incident assistance, including leading evacuations if necessary. A weekly working schedule of 25 hours is offered, distributed across morning shifts (10:00 to 13:00\) and afternoon shifts (17:00 to 20:00\), Monday through Sunday. The contract will be temporary, covering a vacation replacement.
