Job Summary: We are seeking bakery staff responsible for order preparation, bread production, packaging and storage, while maintaining order and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order preparation and documentation organization 2. Bread production and trolley management 3. Product packaging, labeling, and storage We are seeking staff to work in a bakery in Baza (Granada). Main tasks include order preparation at the start of the shift, which involves printing delivery notes, organizing documentation, locating and retrieving product boxes from the freezer, sorting orders by customer and route, palletizing, and verifying quantities. The candidate will also handle bread production, managing approximately six trolleys daily, moving trolleys between different production stages, and supervising proper product progression. Finally, they will perform packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products, maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. A permanent full-time contract is offered, Monday to Friday, from 05:00 to 13:00, with a monthly salary of 1653 euros. Basic knowledge of baking, food handling, and Google Drive usage is valued.
