Duties include supporting maintenance of thermal installations (air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water), low-voltage electrical installations, and plumbing, as well as responding to urgent incidents that may arise. It is mandatory to hold a forklift truck and elevated platform operator certificate. The contract is permanent, full-time, and the annual gross salary ranges between €21,500 and €23,000.
