PICKING OPERATOR

**Description:** ---------------- MICOFER by Empatif is seeking a Picking Operator for an important frozen-food company in Vilagarcía de Arousa. Key responsibilities include: * Reviewing loading orders and entering them into the system for subsequent printing and handover to staff. * Preparing pallets. * Using a handheld scanner/PDA to verify pallets/boxes. * Reporting any incidents detected. * Mental arithmetic skills are required. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience using an ERP system * Basic digital competencies * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar roles * Availability to work split shifts (8:30–17:30, with a 1 hour 30 minute lunch break) * Flexibility to work other shifts according to workload
