We seek to hire a **Junior IT PMO**, who will support ensuring that technology project management aligns with corporate strategy, maximizing delivered value while guaranteeing efficiency, control, and governance. This role will be pivotal in the company’s digital transformation, acting as a bridge between business units and the technical team. **What will be your mission?** Establish, lead, and optimize technology project management, ensuring strategic alignment, efficient execution, risk control, and business value generation. **What will you do daily?** * Review dashboards and automated reports to identify relevant deviations (critical dates, risks, delays in dependent tasks). * Ensure each project maintains up-to-date: schedule, risk matrix, milestones, resources, and constraints. * Update and validate master plans across multiple projects, ensuring data consistency and quality. * Prepare and issue early warnings to management when a milestone or critical path is at risk. * Facilitate synchronization meetings (daily/weekly sync). * Resolve priority conflicts among operational areas based on available capacity. * Attend brief stakeholder meetings to clarify dependencies or resolve blockers. * Review newly identified or escalated risks, document them, and track mitigation actions. * Centralize all relevant information and prepare reports for management. * Optimize and improve planning templates, KPIs, or workflows. * Train and support teams in project management practices, as needed. **What do we offer?** * A challenging and innovative environment: you will join a team committed to creativity, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within a dynamic and collaborative setting. * A competitive salary and additional benefits commensurate with your experience and responsibilities. * A team-oriented and collaborative culture, with a positive and professional work atmosphere. * A stable, internationally active company: you will work for a market-leading façade solutions provider delivering high-architectural-value landmark projects. * Commitment to Equality: we are an organization dedicated to Gender Equality. In accordance with our Equality Plan, this job posting was drafted under the principle of non-discrimination on grounds of gender, ensuring equal treatment and opportunity throughout the entire selection process. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** **Required education:** Degree in Computer Engineering. **Desirable education:** * Familiarity with BIM methodology * Desired certifications: PMP, PMI-RMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in functional definition of technology solutions, IT project management, and cross-functional collaboration with business areas. * Solid proficiency (minimum 1 year) in multi-department and multi-phase project planning. * Knowledge of risk management and critical path analysis. * Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects. * Ability to interpret technical dependencies across departments (design, procurement, production, logistics, construction). * Skill in creating and maintaining complex schedules comprising hundreds or thousands of tasks. * Strong data analysis and executive reporting capabilities. * Ability to establish processes, standards, and methodologies within the PMO. * Capacity to adapt to new tools, procedures, and information systems. **Knowledge** * Experience with collaboration tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or advanced portfolio tools like Smartsheet or Asana. * Experience with reporting and BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. * Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, or Notion. * Knowledge of CDEs used in architecture and construction (ACC, BIM360, Trimble Connect). * Familiarity with ERP or production management systems (SAP, Navision, Oracle, or others). * Familiarity with use cases of AI applied to project management. **Competencies** * Data-driven decision-making, even under pressure. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Ability to influence without formal authority and resolve conflicts. * High level of organization, discipline, and follow-up. * Natural ability to align multiple teams around a common plan. * Autonomy and judgment to escalate to management only when necessary.
