Braun is looking to hire a **Quality & Regulatory Affairs (QRA) Trainee** **Responsibilities:** * Support monitoring of Quality Management System processes, such as Regulatory Requirements Management, Change Control, GxP Training, and Risk Management. * Prepare and update generic QRA documentation, including presentations, meeting minutes, reports, databases, and reporting (PowerBI). * Support continuous improvement initiatives, promoting the application of process optimization methodologies and tools. * Prepare documentation in collaboration with other departments for external communications (statements, registration certificates, tenders, and Competent Authorities). Support the QRA team in using digital tools, such as SharePoint, Teams, and new internal applications. * **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having recently completed a university degree, master’s, or postgraduate program in Engineering or Natural Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields). * Experience using digital tools, including AI-powered solutions (MS Office, PowerBI, SAP, SharePoint, ChatGPT). * Advanced level of written and spoken English. * Prior experience in regulated production environments (Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical Industry, Automotive, Cosmetics, or Food), desirable. * Experience in administrative process management, desirable.
