Reporting to the Logistics & Transport Director, your primary mission will be to define, standardize, implement, and continuously improve the company’s logistics systems and processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with Group standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and maintain logistics work instructions and associated documentation. * Identify and propose improvements to existing processes, promoting continuous improvement. * Manage operational KPIs, propose action plans, and report results to the team. * Participate in projects such as integrated warehouse management and reverse logistics. * Configure and automate processes in SAP as an SAP key user. * Ensure warehouse management complies with Group global standards. * Promote safety, health, and best practices within the area. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; MBA is desirable. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the ceramic/manufacturing sector and as a Process Engineer. * Experience coordinating cross-departmental projects. * Solid knowledge of logistics processes and Lean tools. * English level B2 and willingness for continuous learning. **Personal Competencies:** * Inspirational leadership and ability to motivate the team. * Results-oriented mindset with customer focus. * Ability to plan, organize, and solve problems proactively. * Teamwork and collaboration on multidisciplinary projects. * Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility.
