At IDDTEK, we are looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer for our product design and development unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising the execution of low- and medium-voltage industrial electrical installations, ensuring proper coordination among trades and contractors, as well as compliance with scheduling, execution deadlines, and project objectives.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
* Coordinate various trades and electrical installation companies on site.
* Supervise the execution of low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) installations.
* Monitor project progress and adherence to milestones and deadlines.
* Coordinate electrical cabling, conduit systems, cable trays, industrial lighting, and electrical panels.
* Review electrical drawings and technical documentation.
* Supervise work quality and proper execution.
* Participate in electrical testing and commissioning.
* Verify compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards.
* Manage technical issues and deviations from the schedule.
* Coordinate activities with other disciplines and site departments.
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial electrical installations or construction site coordination.
* Knowledge of LV, MV, industrial lighting, electrical cabling, and conduit systems.
* Ability to interpret electrical schematics.
* Experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
* Basic knowledge of electrical regulations (preferred).
* Experience in industrial or construction projects, and participation in testing and energization is highly valued.
* Knowledge of occupational health and safety (PRL) and site safety (preferred).
* Experience in schedule control and trade coordination (preferred).
* Personal qualities such as organization, leadership, and problem-solving ability.
