We seek a detail-oriented and committed individual to join the production and packaging tasks involved in artisanal nougat manufacturing, with a focus on the Jijona specialty. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of the production line and ensuring that each nougat meets stringent quality standards before reaching the customer. Key responsibilities include continuous supervision of the production process to ensure optimal operation, and careful food handling during packaging. This includes precise labeling, boxing, and preparation for distribution. Prior experience in the food industry—especially in nougat production—is highly valued, as is possession of a valid food handler’s certificate and a proactive attitude. The position is temporary, organized into rotating weekly morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of extending collaboration into future campaigns.
