Your responsibilities, among others, include: - Constructing complete garments using various machines (flatbed, overlock, coverstitch, etc.) - Interpreting technical specifications and patterns - Performing adjustments and improvements on garments - Collaborating with the design and development team in creating new pieces. **What do we require from you?** - Prior experience in garment construction (valued) - Proficiency in operating various industrial sewing machines - Ability to interpret patterns and technical specifications - High attention to detail and quality finishing - Adaptability and problem-solving skills - Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively - Commitment to deadlines and objectives **What do we offer?** - Full-time position with immediate incorporation - Permanent contract - Salary commensurate with qualifications - Positive work environment - Professional development within the company We believe in people and their talent.
