




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare menus according to healthcare guidelines, supervise special diets, control dish quality, manage food supplies, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. In Chinchilla de Monte\-Aragón (Albacete), a temporary kitchen position is offered for six months, extendable, with a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week and an annual gross salary of 17\.094 euros. The working hours are rotating, combining morning, afternoon, and split shifts. Main responsibilities include preparing menus according to instructions from the healthcare department, monitoring special diets, supervising meal cart assembly, controlling dish quality and presentation, adjusting portion sizes as prescribed by medical staff, receiving and storing food, managing orders, checking expiration dates, ensuring proper storage distribution in refrigerated chambers, and maintaining kitchen and utensil cleanliness. Daily samples are retained in accordance with current regulations, and collaboration with the team on profession-related educational needs is also required. At least one year of experience and a basic professional qualification in cooking and catering are required.
