We seek to hire a Universal Accessibility Support Technician to provide technical support for the development, implementation, and monitoring of universal accessibility and dependency housing projects, collaborating in the preparation of technical documentation, diagnostics, and reports, and contributing to the fulfillment of the Annual Operational Plan and institutional mission. The selected candidate will join the Accessibility and Independent Living Department, participating in a cross-functional work environment with real impact and results-oriented focus. **Main Responsibilities** * Collaborate in the technical execution and monitoring of universal accessibility and dependency housing projects. * Support the preparation of justifying technical documentation, evidence collection, and indicator tracking. * Participate in identifying and analyzing public and private grant and funding calls. * Prepare technical reports, collecting data, conducting regulatory analysis, and drafting technical sections. * Respond to basic-level technical inquiries and refer more complex cases. * Provide technical support during meetings, committees, working groups, and forums related to the field of activity. * Collaborate in preparing technical materials and awareness-raising activities. * Coordinate with the Communications Department to disseminate project actions and results. * Perform administrative tasks associated with the position: document organization, logistical support, and technical information management. * Work cross-functionally with the department team and other COCEMFE departments. **Profile:** **Minimum Requirements** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or other related technical degrees oriented toward the built environment; profiles holding a Higher Technician Diploma in Civil Works Projects, Construction Works Organization and Control, or similar qualifications are also valued. * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in drafting or providing technical support for accessibility projects in urban environments, built environments, and/or technological environments. * Experience preparing technical reports. * Experience interpreting and applying technical regulations. * Basic knowledge of the project management lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and technical justification. * Proficiency in office and document management tools. * Analytical ability, technical rigor, organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, and teamwork capability. * English C1 level, with strong spoken proficiency. **Especially Valued** * Additional training in universal accessibility and national/regional regulations. * Knowledge of accessibility in buildings, urban environments, and digital environments. * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation. * Experience using accessibility evaluation tools. * Basic project management skills. * Experience in the Third Sector and/or associative movements, preferably linked to disability. **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time schedule of 38.5 hours per week. * Annual gross salary of €22,949.62, paid in 14 installments. * Immediate incorporation. * Participation in socially impactful projects. * A professional environment committed to rights, inclusion, and universal accessibility. * Employment within a leading organization of the disability associative movement. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Learning capacity, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €18,001 and €24,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Higher Vocational Training **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 27/07/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
