Are you ready to grow your career with us? * Temporary contract. * You will join a pleasant work environment with a committed team, where our values are integrity, collaboration, courage, and excellence. **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **Mission:** Coordinate activities generated by the delegation to ensure correct and agile processing of orders, occupational health and safety (PRL) and environmental documentation, supplier management, short-term rentals, etc. **Main functions and responsibilities:** * Customer service (confirming data and providing information related to commercial actions). * Onboarding new customers and suppliers (process of collection, review, and communication for integration into SAP / enterprise management software). * Provide support to the commercial area and manage operational documentation. * Issue and track Flexibility Requests (ALP), Early Cancellations (ALP), fleet delivery and pickup notifications, dealer zone intrusions, and machine repurchases. * Monitor proforma invoices, as well as track advance-payment invoices included in quotations. * Manage NTS (New Truck Sales) orders (Quote – Order), supplementary orders, and cancellations. * Handle repurchase documentation, assign order numbers, verify correspondences, and process supplier invoices. * Perform administrative tasks specific to the delegation, such as office supplies and catalog stock control, travel arrangements, training coordination, etc. * Substitute for Short-Term Rental / Fleet Services Backoffice during absences or vacations. * Administer CAE (Business Activities Coordination). * Any other duties consistent with the corporate group or lower-level roles, or as assigned by your supervisor. **Education, knowledge \& Experience:** * Higher vocational degree in Administration or Finance (compatible with Vocational Training Level II) or 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Intermediate level proficiency in Excel and SAP. * English communication skills—oral and/or written—at a relatively complex professional level are desirable. **Competencies \& Skills:** * Analytical ability. * Problem-solving ability. * Synthesis ability. * Customer orientation. * Initiative. * Empathy. * Communication skills.
