ACCIONA, through its Infrastructure division, seeks to hire an FP intern to carry out internship activities in Training at its Madrid Campus.**Position Description** Key responsibilities associated with the internship: * Support in organizing and executing internal and external training activities, following team instructions. * Administrative management of registrations, announcements, communications, and reminders, as well as attendance tracking. * Collaboration in reviewing and updating training data, supporting preparation of simple internal reports. * Assistance in preparing monitoring reports and basic indicator dashboards (KPIs). * Operational support for conducting in-person trainings and events at the Campus, including room bookings, access control, coordination with the audiovisual team, and logistical support during sessions. **Candidate Requirements** Desirable qualifications: * Intermediate-level office software skills, especially Excel (use of tables, filters, and basic data validation). * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and responsible handling of confidential information. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with professionals from diverse backgrounds. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and orientation toward internal support and service. * Basic knowledge of or interest in learning about Learning Management Systems (LMS) and survey tools such as Microsoft Forms or Google Forms. \- English level B2 \- C1 **What do we expect from you?** We seek individuals with high potential, strong teamwork capabilities, and motivation to grow within an international company.
