




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Intern to support the management of employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employment documentation, contributing to the control and monitoring of key processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and contracts. 2. Organization of personnel files and control of employment documentation. 3. Monitoring of payroll settlements and mandatory training courses (PRL). We are a Spanish fashion brand founded in 2011\. What are the main responsibilities of this position? Support in managing employee onboarding and offboarding Monitoring and sending employment contracts and additional documentation related to the employment contract Filing and organizing employee personnel files **Review of employment documentation:** ID card, Social Security number, etc. Monitoring contract expiration dates Tracking employee payroll settlements Sending information to external advisory services Entering data into employee management software Controlling and monitoring uniforms Tracking mandatory PRL training courses Requirements. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources. Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources or similar program. A training agreement with the educational institution is mandatory. Strong legal writing and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of the Workers’ Statute and collective bargaining agreements. Advanced proficiency in office tools, especially Excel (tables, filters, basic formulas, data management).
