We specialize in developing sustainable and efficient infrastructure, and we are looking to expand our team with a **Highway Project Modeler**. **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly qualified **Modeler** with specific experience in the design and modeling of highway projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of 3D modeling and CAD tools, with particular expertise in specialized software for road infrastructure design. This role is fundamental to the accurate and detailed representation of our projects, ensuring the quality and technical feasibility of each design. The initial project duration is 1 year, with a high likelihood of extension and long-term employment based on the candidate’s performance and adaptation. We value long-term commitment and professional development of our collaborators. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create and maintain detailed 3D models for highway projects, complying with applicable technical specifications and regulations. * Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to interpret drawings, specifications, and other project documents. * Generate drawings, cross-sections, elevations, and other graphical deliverables from the 3D models. * Perform clash analysis and detect potential design conflicts. * Ensure model information consistency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. * Participate in design reviews and propose technical improvements. * Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in road infrastructure modeling. * Manage and organize modeling-related documentation and files. REQUIREMENTS **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in highway project modeling. Experience exceeding 5 years in such projects will be highly valued. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in highway-specific modeling software. Particularly valued experience includes: * **Bentley OpenRoads:** In-depth knowledge of its functionalities for road design, earthworks, drainage, etc. * **MicroStation:** Solid experience using MicroStation as a CAD design platform. * **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of highway design principles, surveying, earthworks, road drainage, and signage. * **Skills:** Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and excellent communication skills. * **Languages:** Fluency in Spanish.
