Nazario Cano, leading the gastronomic team of Ritual de Terra Jávea and Moraira Hotels, is seeking to fill 4 **Kitchen Assistant** positions for restaurants in Jávea and Teulada/Moraira The position requires passion for gastronomy and prior experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar roles. Particular emphasis will be placed on food handling in accordance with hygiene protocols, dish preparation and plating, dishwashing, and dining room service. * **Food handling:** Experience in food handling and storage following strict hygiene protocols. * **Food hygiene:** Knowledge of basic food hygiene standards, safe temperatures, and expiration dates. * **Cleaning:** Skills in cleaning and organizing work areas. * **Food preparation:** Ability to prepare meals and dishes following recipes and instructions. * **Prepared meals:** Experience in plating and presenting finished dishes. * **Dishwashing:** Proficiency in operating dishwashers and organizing kitchenware. * **Meal service:** Customer attention and ability to serve and clear dishes in the dining room. * **Cooking:** Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment. * **Gastronomy:** Interest in gastronomy and enthusiasm for cooking.
