Retail Technical Manager Internship (Vitoria)

Description

Integrated into the Property Management Department, you will support the Technical Direction in the Retail area regarding operational aspects of buildings to ensure their proper functioning. Your main responsibilities will include: **Support for Central Technical Services:** **Collaboration with Department Technicians:** Provide support and learn from technicians within the Property Management Department. Document Management: Assist in document control for selected buildings, verifying registration of required technical\-legal documents. Quality Indicator Monitoring: Support monitoring of departmental quality indicators under the Head's supervision. Learning internal tools for technical control and asset management. **On\-Site Management Support for Shopping Centers:** **Relationship with Suppliers and Clients:** Assist in managing relationships with suppliers, tenants, and clients, ensuring service quality and correct documentation. Supplier Control and Monitoring: Help manage, monitor, and approve suppliers to ensure proper asset management. Introduction to Economic/Budgetary Control: Participate in OpEx and CapEx economic control during the operational phase of shopping centers. Client Reporting Monitoring: Collaborate in preparing and tracking client reports under the responsible technician's supervision. **Collaboration in Marketing/ESG/Digitalization Projects:** Creating Building Experiences with the Marketing Department. Supporting ongoing projects with various Departments and internal tools. **PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering and/or Architecture (higher or technical) * Facility Management training will be highly valued. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * English language proficiency: advanced * Strong communication skills and project-oriented goal focus. * Management and organizational ability; proactivity. * Personal vehicle for travel.
