The position focuses on the operation and continuous supervision of automated production lines dedicated to the assembly and manufacturing of components for the automotive industry. Daily responsibilities include active monitoring of machinery processes, performing necessary adjustments and calibrations to maintain required production efficiency and pace. In addition to operational handling, a firm commitment to final product quality is required, ensuring that all components and assemblies comply with the rigorous ISO/IATF standards applicable to the sector. This role involves constant interaction with complex systems, where observation and prompt response to any deviation from standards are critical to productive process success. Alongside operational tasks, personnel will be responsible for executing basic preventive maintenance duties, including cleaning, lubrication, and verification of key machinery points, aiming to prevent failures and extend equipment service life. Furthermore, minor technical incidents or malfunctions on the line must be addressed using practical knowledge to resolve common issues without significantly disrupting workflow. Safety constitutes a fundamental pillar of this position, requiring strict adherence to all industrial safety protocols, occupational health regulations, and environmental standards established at the plant. The work environment is dynamic and operates under a rotating shift system, demanding high adaptability and discipline from the worker.
