**Description:** ---------------- At ISS Bilbao, we are seeking a Labor Relations Manager. Your primary mission will be to provide direct and essential support to management, managing and coordinating tasks related to the department’s core responsibilities. Additionally, you will represent the company before administrative and judicial bodies in labor and social matters, holding formal representation powers. You will also advise Business Units on matters within their geographical area of influence. **Key Responsibilities** * Liaising with the Company Committee and its derivative committees. * Resolving labor disputes. * Participating in collective conflict negotiations. * Providing individual assistance to employees upon request. * Staff planning policy; Retirement plans, early retirements, reductions, expansions, and improvements in operational personnel management. * Supervising Labor Managers assigned to the region. * Reviewing administrative documents. * Advising the company on labor regulations and coordinating actions before labor courts. * Representing the company before public institutions and agencies. * Managing the performance evaluation system for operational personnel. * Monitoring employee absenteeism and supporting the HR Manager in developing a plan to reduce it. * Supporting worker subcontracting processes. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Law (Bachelor’s or higher) and proven experience in labor law. * Proven experience in labor-intensive sectors. * Additional qualifications (e.g., postgraduate studies) will be viewed favorably. * Knowledge of current Spanish labor legislation. * Fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in Basque will be considered an asset. * Familiarity with IT tools is desirable. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. * Valid driver’s license. **We Offer** * Permanent full-time contract. * Hybrid work model. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–16:30; Friday, 8:00–14:00.
