Currently, we are looking to hire sales-focused profiles for our stores located in Palma de Mallorca. ***What will you do at Dormity?*** Your role will be essential in ensuring every customer enjoys a unique and personalized shopping experience: * Active listening and advising each customer according to their actual needs. * Driving sales confidently, convincingly, and with in-depth product knowledge. * Following up on quotations and contributing to customer loyalty. * Ability to accompany customers to the point of purchase decision, ensuring an outstanding experience while building trust and delivering value to the customer. ***What do we offer?*** * Permanent contract * Fixed annual gross salary of €19,392 + an attractive commission system, resulting in an average annual gross salary between €30,000 and €40,000. * Initial and ongoing training on products and sales techniques, delivered by our specialists. * 40-hour workweek, Monday to Saturday, split shifts (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30).
