You will work from our Madrid offices under a hybrid model, and a B2 level of English is required. **Responsibilities** * Bot Design and Development: Create web navigation processes (scraping) for extracting data from various websites and simulating searches, including interaction with form controls. * Technical Documentation: Generate key RPA lifecycle deliverables: PDD (Process Design Document), SDD (Solution Design Document), and DEX. * System Integration: Connect desktop workflows with Power Automate Cloud and collaborative tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Lists. * Exception and Error Handling: Configure automatic alerts, raise log alerts, and implement error handling. **Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * Expert-level proficiency in Power Automate Desktop & Cloud: Demonstrable experience deploying unattended flows and managing Machine Runtime. * Advanced Web Scraping: Ability to extract real-time data from complex websites by simulating user behavior. * AI Knowledge: Experience with AI Builder (document processing) and Generative AI models (OpenAI, Copilot Studio) to optimize decision-making. * API/REST Integrations: Capability to implement connectors and manage data structures across different platforms. * Microsoft 365 Environment: Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Excel Online, and Outlook as part of automation workflows. **Additional Information** **What do we offer you?** * Indefinite contract and full-time schedule * 23 days of vacation * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language skills.
