Job Description We require a candidate with technical and management education and substantial experience in implementing processes, quality standards and development methodologies, international deployment, internal and external audits, indicator analysis and dashboards, cost of poor quality, etc., possessing analytical and business vision as well as reporting capability. The candidate will lead key areas of the Quality function and actively collaborate in its transformation, supporting the rollout of models and tools that reinforce decision-making and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: * Direct participation in the transformation strategy of the Quality function. * Implementation and evolution of the cost of poor quality model across the organization. * Evolution and rollout of the Cubo methodology. * Internal audits and quality assurance across operations. * Design and monitoring of KPIs and dashboards. * Application of AI-based solutions for predictive analytics and process automation. * Cross-functional and cross-country collaboration to ensure data consistency and support continuous improvement. Profile Requirements: * University degree in Engineering, Statistics, Industrial Organization, Information Technologies or related fields. * Minimum 15 years’ experience in operational quality, data analytics or process improvement roles. * Advanced knowledge of quality models (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), management systems and continuous improvement methodologies. * Proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, Advanced Excel). * Experience implementing cost models. * Ability to work collaboratively, systemic vision and results orientation. * Experience applying AI in quality environments is highly valued. * Skills: rigor, objectivity, transparency, honesty, responsibility, work capacity, leadership and teamwork.
