Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager / COO to lead end-to-end operations and scale the business within a rapidly expanding automotive company. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are searching on behalf of our client for an **Operations Manager / COO**, to lead and scale the company’s operations, thereby professionalizing processes, optimizing fleet profitability, and coordinating all operational areas of the business. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Lead end-to-end business operations (procurement, logistics, fleet, and after-sales) * Define and execute operational and growth strategy * Negotiate with dealerships, suppliers, and strategic partners * Optimize fleet management and its lifecycle: acquisition, leasing, remarketing, sale (used vehicles) * Define pricing and maximize per-vehicle profitability * Oversee insurance policies, contracts, and addendums * Analyze losses, risks, and operational deviations * Implement KPIs, reporting, and performance monitoring * Ensure interdepartmental coordination and communication * Determine costs inherent to fleet operations according to negotiated terms and related statistics * Ensure compliance with Operations Department policies and procedures, guaranteeing appropriate use of company resources * Monitor service-level performance **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related field * **+5 years in operations, management, or strategic consulting roles** * **Experience in leasing, automotive, mobility, or fleet management** * Experience negotiating with suppliers and partners * Solid financial knowledge applied to operations (costs, margins, ROI) * Experience scaling businesses or operating in high-growth environments * Strong analytical capability and results orientation * Strategic vision combined with operational execution * Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams * Mindset focused on optimization and continuous improvement * Excellent communication and coordination skills * **English C1 or higher** * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract * Professional career development * **Salary: €43,000–46,000 gross annual** Reclut is a boutique recruitment and headhunting consultancy.
