A positive, dynamic, and collaborative work environment Job Mission As a Logistics and Fleet Management Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring orderly and efficient management of Grupo Momentum’s vehicle fleet, guaranteeing proper operational flow, as well as vehicle presentation and availability. * RESPONSIBILITIES: **Physical and operational fleet management:** * Organization, placement, and control of vehicles in yard and showroom * Coordination of internal vehicle movements * Support in physical inventories and stock control Tracking vehicle preparation and workshop operations control * Coordination of the vehicle preparation process * Monitoring preparation timelines and status * Control and validation of workshop expenses associated with each vehicle Photography/Video for publication and digital vehicle tracking * Taking photographs and videos of vehicles * Publishing and updating on sales platforms * Tracking digital vehicle status (in preparation, available, reserved, etc.) Leasing, deliveries, and external logistics * Delivery and collection of leased vehicles * Coordination with external suppliers * Basic documentation management related to these processes REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience * Prior experience in logistics, fleet management, operations, or similar environments is desirable * Strong organizational and planning skills * Attention to detail * Autonomy and sense of responsibility * Effective communication across different departments WHAT WE OFFER? * Stability within a strong automotive sector group. * Full-time employment contract * Growth opportunities within the company * Initial training and ongoing support to help you master all processes. * A positive, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.
