Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: ***Key Responsibilities*** * Meetings with the experimentation team. * Analysis, development, and follow\-up of requirements. * Development of A/B tests for web platforms. * Review of experiments through unit and manual testing. * Collaborative work with different teams to define requirements and request adjustments and changes in applications. * Working with UI/UX designers. * Repository management. * Code and peer reviews. ***Must\-have Skills*** * \+4 years of experience working as a Frontend Engineer. * Strong knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript and TypeScript. * Applying best practices for HTML development. * Extensive experience with vanilla CSS. * Experience working with Git and GitHub. * Experience in building and maintaining web components. ***Nice\-to\-have:*** * **AI Tooling Proficiency:** Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day\-to\-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. * Knowledge of A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely and Statsig. * Experience developing applications based on React. * Knowledge of the WordPress platform and end products. * Experience using Adobe Analytics. * Familiarity with tools such as Gulp, ESLint, and npm. * Experience working with REST APIs and third\-party web services.
