Scope of the position The student will join an international Front Office team in which they will be trained in Opera, Concept (golf and Spa reservation), LHW’s standards and 5 star hotel customer service. They will be working along with other Receptionists in order to reinforce their communication skills, customer service abilities, invoice issuing, relation with other departments and organization skills. At the end of the internship, students will be able to provide a 5 star LHW customer service, have a general knowledge of the Spanish Hotel Industry, enhance their organizational skills and have a deep understanding of inter-departmental communication. b. Duties and responsibilities: • Assist guests at the reception • Assist the Supervisor with any task required according to the service level • Provide a 5* service, according to the LHW standards and values • Prepare the room rack, invoices, collaborate in daily tasks of Front Office • Carry out daily tasks of the department together with Concierge and Bellboy • Provide tourist information to guests and help promote the resort outlets • Answer the phone and handle guests’ requests • Follow the instructions of supervisors and Heads of Department ### **Requirements** • Fluent in Spanish, English and another European language • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary team • Flexibility and adaptability • Proactive and passionate about guest service • No previous work experience is required • Candidate must be eligible to obtain a Spanish Visa – NIE in order to fulfill the employment agreement. ### **Offered** • Accommodation in shared housing with other trainees • Pocket money: €400/month • 40 working hours per week (8 hours per day) • One meal per working shift • Uniform (except shoes) • Benefits in the use of our facilities and golf courses (subject to availability) and discounts in our outlets
