Bar and Hospitality Assistant \- No experience required **La Brisa Bar \- Ronda, Málaga** I am looking for a reliable, positive, and enthusiastic person. This is a seasonal position running until approximately November/December, with the possibility of returning in March if all goes well. No prior hospitality experience is required. I am delighted to train the right person. About La Brisa Bar La Brisa Bar is a modern tapas and cocktail bar located in the heart of Ronda. We focus on keeping things simple: excellent customer service, quality food and drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere where people enjoy spending their evening. This is not a large business with multiple departments or managers. You will work directly with me during every shift, learning all aspects of the business—from customer service to food preparation, organization, and daily operations. With over 20 years of experience working in hospitality—including luxury restaurants and hotels in the UK and internationally—I will personally train you during your time here. You will learn not only what to do, but why it is done that way, helping you develop skills that will benefit your entire career. About the Position There are no fixed roles here. We will work side-by-side and support each other with whatever is needed. Your responsibilities may include: * Welcoming and serving customers * Preparing drinks * Preparing simple food items * Clearing and cleaning tables * Washing dishes * Keeping the bar clean and organized * Restocking supplies during your shift * Assisting with anything else required Every day is different, so adaptability is important.
