The **mission** **of the position is to** edit photographs and videos from Vicente Ferrer Foundation projects with a journalistic and creative perspective, developing storytelling techniques and ensuring ethical communication with the communities we work with. The role also entails maintaining up-to-date multimedia archives, supporting production tasks, and contributing to on-site material recording. **Main Responsibilities:** * Script and edit audiovisual content for the website, social media, campaigns, and other channels, implementing the organization’s new visual identity and ensuring narrative consistency across materials. * Adapt and/or renew graphic materials for different formats and audiences. * Manage the receipt, selection, and classification of images in the multimedia archive, ensuring proper organization and accessibility. * Conduct interviews and produce audiovisual material (videos and photographs), aligned with pre-established objectives coordinated with the team, incorporating human rights, gender, and social justice perspectives. * Contribute to the design of outreach initiatives and implementation of communication plans. * Provide support in production tasks while liaising with international teams. * Actively participate in designing creative proposals for new formats. * Implement and uphold ethical and legal protocols regarding image consent within beneficiary communities. * Fulfill requests for audiovisual materials from other units and/or departments. We are seeking a professional who meets the following **requirements**: * **Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in** Audiovisual Communication, Cinematography, or Photography. * **Minimum 2 years’ experience in** audiovisual production. * **Minimum 2 years’ experience in** editing audiovisual materials (Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects). * **Travel availability is mandatory.** * **Intermediate-to-advanced level of English, both spoken and written, is required.** * **Submission of a portfolio is mandatory.** * Proficiency in Catalan, both spoken and written, is highly valued. * Experience in the sector related to gender issues and/or international cooperation is an asset. **We offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Salary: €27,000 gross/year.
