Professional teamwork and active sports community **Job Description** We are looking to add a **coach or sports instructor** to our team to deliver **group functional training and cross-training classes** at an established and growing gym. We are a training center that has been **operating since 2019**, with a stable sports community and a committed professional team. We have **two large training areas**: * **Main class room**, accommodating up to **40 people**. * **Open gym area**, designated for free training, accommodating **11–12 people**. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for **delivering group classes, supervising correct exercise execution, and motivating participants**, always maintaining a safe and dynamic environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver **group functional training / cross-training classes**. * Explain and supervise daily workouts. * Correct technique and adapt exercises according to group ability level. * Ensure participant safety during sessions. * Assist with equipment organization and maintenance of the training space. * Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere within the gym. **Requirements** * Prior experience delivering **functional training or cross-training classes**. * Knowledge of **weightlifting and gymnastic movements**. * Ability to **manage groups of varying skill levels**. * A **responsible, dynamic, and proactive individual**. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * Sports-related education (certifications) is a plus. **We Offer** * **Full-time contract**. * **Flexible working hours**. * Work from **Monday to Friday**. * **Paid public holidays**. * Opportunity to **train free of charge at our facilities**. * Integration into an **established gym with a positive work environment** and an active sports community.
