Coordinated work with Espazos Xoves **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire a Youth Engagement Facilitator to support youth engagement activities. **Work Location** -------------------- * Galicia Region Address: Santiago de Compostela **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Provide guidance and information on resources, programs, calls for applications, and activities offered by the Xunta de Galicia that are relevant to Galician youth. * Promote and facilitate youth engagement activities. * Facilitate participation in non-formal education experiences. * Inform youth about establishing youth associations. * Collaborate closely with Espazos Xoves. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must substantiate compliance with these requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Annexes documenting practical training, where applicable, to verify and certify required academic experience. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * High school diploma (BUP/COU), Vocational Training Level I or Medium-Level Vocational Qualification (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II or Advanced-Level Vocational Qualification (CFGS) (officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat for Universities), OR at least six months of verifiable professional experience in the relevant field (aligned with the position offered) and/or in performing the duties described herein. #### **Languages** * Official Galician language certificate, minimum level B2 ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driver’s license * Proficiency in standard office software at user level **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training of at least 300 hours in youth and children’s educational leisure activity facilitation and/or youth information services * Additional training of at least 2000 hours in sociocultural and artistic animation * Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) ### **Prior Experience** * Between 6 months and 5 years of experience in roles related to youth information and engagement. **Remarks** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Consideration may be given to an internship contract depending on received applications. In such case, the fixed-term contract would be estimated at 6 months, extendable by another 6 months, if applicable.
