Customer service and attention at the bar. 2. Preparation of coffee, beverages, and basic cocktails. 3. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area. Job Description We are looking for an experienced bar server with a minimum of 3 years’ demonstrable experience in the hospitality industry to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing friendly and professional service, ensuring fast and high-quality service both at the bar and in the dining area as needed. Experience in coffee and beverage preparation, basic mixology, and efficient bar management during high-volume service will be highly valued. Main Responsibilities * Customer service and attention at the bar. * Preparation of coffee, soft drinks, beverages, and mixed drinks. * Preparation of basic cocktails. * Cash handling and POS system operation. * Restocking and organizing products at the bar. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area. * Basic stock control and support during inventory checks. * Coordination with the kitchen and dining team to ensure seamless service. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Essential Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a bar server. * Proficiency in bar service and customer interaction. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Professional appearance and strong communication skills. * Agility, organizational ability, and proactive attitude. * Flexible availability. Desirable Qualifications * Knowledge of mixology. * Experience in restaurants, cafés, or high-volume establishments. * Basic/intermediate level of English or other languages. * Training in hospitality or customer service. * Food handler’s certificate.
