Job Summary: Guide responsible for supporting visitor services, explaining the product manufacturing process, managing schedules and in-store sales, and ensuring optimal customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Attending and accompanying visitors and providing in-store advice. 2. Explaining the product manufacturing process in multiple languages. 3. Managing schedules, planning visits and events. As a Guide at our visitor center, you will be responsible for supporting visitor services at our Jabugo, Huelva visitor center and subsequent in-store sales. ###### **Temporary Contract** **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Attend to and accompany visitors. * Explain the manufacturing process of our products in different languages. * Manage schedules and plan visits. * Customer service at reception: by phone, email, and in person. * Provide in-store customer advice. * Restock products in the store. * Prepare daily cash closing reports. * Prepare tasting rooms. * Conduct guided visits with tastings. * Support and attend events held at the center. * Ensure facility cleanliness. * Waste management. * Conduct inventory. * Restock bar/tasting materials. * Ensure optimal customer service. **Guide Position Requirements** ------------------------------ ##### **Knowledge and Education**: * **Education:** University degree, vocational training, or equivalent in Tourism, Marketing, or related fields. * **Languages:** Advanced English proficiency. * **Others:** + Food handling certification. + Ham slicing certification. ##### **Experience and Key Competencies**: * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in similar positions. * Experience with similar products is preferred. * Professional contacts within the tourism industry are advantageous. * Flexible working hours.
