Managing relationships with international stakeholders DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Testing Delivery Manager with strategic vision, strong leadership, and extensive experience in complex, multicultural environments. This role is critical to ensuring the end\-to\-end quality of our services, leading large-scale testing programs, and managing relationships with international stakeholders. What We Are Looking For Essential Experience: * Minimum 10 years of experience in Testing / QA. * At least 5 years leading large teams and/or scaled testing services. * Experience managing regional or global programs. * Solid experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional methodologies. * Experience in financial management of services (P\&L, budgets, contracts). Language: * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) – ability to lead executive meetings and manage international clients. REQUIREMENTS Role Description You will be responsible for: * Designing and executing an integrated testing strategy aligned with business objectives. * Leading and scaling multidisciplinary teams (functional QA, automation, performance, QAOps). * Managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs. * Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and service profitability. * Managing risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans in complex environments. * Acting as the executive point of contact for global clients and stakeholders. * Driving digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement. * Ensuring adoption of best practices in Agile, DevOps, and Quality Engineering. Technical Knowledge: * Manual, automated, and performance testing strategies. * Automation (Xray, Tosca, Kainos Smart Test or other frameworks). * ALM tools (Jira, DevOps, etc.). * CI/CD, DevOps, and Quality Engineering. * Quality metrics and continuous improvement models. Certifications (preferred): * ISTQB Advanced / Test Manager. * PMP, PMI\-ACP or Agile certifications. * SAFe or DevOps certifications.
