Job Request ID: 25936 Country: Spain Job Location: Ctra Torrejón\-Ajalvir, M\-108 km 4 Ajalvir, Madrid 28864 **What is the objective of this project and what does it entail?** At ITP Aero, we are looking to hire a Quality Engineer for our Quality Engineering Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for quality assurance activities in the Experimental Services area projects: * Acting as the primary point of contact with the customer on quality matters (vision, nonconformities, delegations, etc.). * Managing nonconformities using problem-solving techniques. * Leading investigations into quality escapes and customer complaints, as well as implementing corrective/preventive actions. * Enhancing the quality management system for the experimental area. * Continuous process improvement. Reviewing and presenting KPI reports. * Ensuring compliance with area procedures. * Evaluating and approving engineering outputs as a quality discipline. * Preparing, reviewing, and approving input/output documentation. * Managing and supporting internal and external audits. * Reviewing customer orders and analyzing quality requirements. * Managing process changes. * Defining and approving inspection plans. * Ensuring appropriate methods are applied for FMEAs. * Establishing a common way of working to guarantee an industrial quality standard for experimental products across different plants. * Developing quality plans for specific customers. **What profile are we looking for?** * Education: Degree in Engineering * 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Management roles * Knowledge of: o Quality standards and quality management systems (ISO 9001, EN 9100) o 5S and Kamishibai o SAP, Teamcenter o Continuous improvement tools (FMEA; Control Plan; MSA; SPC…) o Supply chain quality management o Problem-solving techniques (8D, SCRA, 5W) o Familiarity with quality management system documentation o Ability to support/conduct audits. * Languages: English * Soft Skills: teamwork; problem solving; communication skills **Location** Ajalvir **We Offer** You will join our company under competitive terms and an attractive compensation package, including various social benefits and guaranteed career progression aligned with your professional growth.
