We are looking for an autonomous professional who can manage our data engineering and migration efforts. Your mission is to ensure that data flows seamlessly and accurately across our platform. While you will collaborate with the Product team on analytical insights, your core focus will be the technical execution of data migrations, ETL maintenance, warehouse optimization and data documentation. This is a mid\-level role requiring a "builder" mindset—someone who can pick up existing scripts, improve them, and ensure 100% data integrity. This position is a fixed\-term position to cover a maternity leave. The role is based in our Girona office and offers a great opportunity to work within a fast\-growing Fintech environment, reporting directly to the Data Lead. **Key Responsibilities:** * Independent Stakeholder Management: Act as a technical point of contact for the Product and Accounting teams to translate business needs into data requirements without oversight. * Execute Migration Workflows: Independently manage the end\-to\-end migration process for client onboarding. This includes writing, testing, and running Python/SQL scripts to move data from legacy systems into our platform with zero errors. * Data Warehouse Collaboration: Partner with the team to build and scale our Data Warehouse. You will assist in designing data models and optimizing query performance to ensure a robust, high\-speed environment. * Drive Data Documentation Strategies: Take an active role in defining how we document our data assets.
