Prior experience in similar positions will be valued We are seeking personnel to perform cleaning tasks in building entrances, residential communities, and commercial premises in Oviedo, Asturias. Main duties include cleaning floors, furniture, windows, and walls, as well as emptying trash bins, sweeping, and mopping. Cleaning and disinfection of restrooms and common areas will also be carried out. Prior experience in similar positions, a valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle will be valued. This position offers a temporary employment contract with a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. The scheduled working hours are from 08:00 to 13:00. Salary and other employment conditions will comply with the Collective Agreement for the Building and Premises Cleaning Sector in the Principality of Asturias.
