Main Responsibilities: * Daily supervision of room and public area conditions. * Organization and coordination of the floor attendant team. * Monitoring of cleaning standards, orderliness, and service quality. * Incident management and VIP room follow-up. * Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in shift planning and task allocation. * Inventory, amenities, and linen control. * Coordination with reception and maintenance departments.
