We are seeking a young, proactive, motivated individual with an interest in professional growth within the HR department, who will help our company expand at our Seville offices and further professionalize the **HR Department** in the role of **HR Technician**.
**Responsibilities**:
* Drafting and managing employment contracts.
* Managing registrations, deregistrations, and modifications with Social Security.
* Calculating and reviewing payroll and social security contributions.
* Advising on labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
* Handling labor incidents, medical leaves, permits, and vacations.
* Preparing and submitting documentation to official agencies.
* Supporting labor inspections and audits.
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance with current labor legislation.
**What do we offer?**
* Start date: September 1st.
* Indefinite-term contract. Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
* On-site work. Offices located in central Seville.
* Variable remuneration depending on knowledge and experience: €18–20K.

REQUIREMENTS
* University degree in Labor Relations, HR, or related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in functions related to this position.
* Effective communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with employees and their managers.
* Proactivity and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
* Analytical skills to collect, analyze, and present HR-related data.
