Job Summary: We are seeking a person to perform general cleaning tasks and operate specialized cleaning equipment in various common areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of furniture, floors, and glass surfaces. 2. Operation of cleaning machinery such as scrubbers and sweepers. 3. Performing cleaning tasks in restrooms and dining areas. We are seeking a person for general cleaning tasks, covering maintenance and cleaning of furniture, floors, glass surfaces, restrooms, dining areas, and other common areas. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating specialized cleaning machinery, including scrubbers, sweepers, and polishers. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33% or Permanent Total Disability (PTD) is required, along with availability of a personal vehicle for commuting. This position offers a temporary employment contract designed to cover a substitution due to Temporary Incapacity (TI). The working schedule is part-time, totaling 30 hours per week, distributed across split shifts. The gross monthly salary is set at 1085 euros.
