Dynamic and stable working environment **At Externa**, we are seeking a **Factory Manager** to join an important industrial sector client. We are looking for a **proactive individual with solid technical experience and leadership capability**, who will assume full responsibility for managing the production plant, coordinate production and maintenance teams, and contribute to continuous process optimization within a **dynamic and stable working environment**. Responsibilities: * Execution and monitoring of the Maintenance Plan * Optimization and planning of machinery and production improvements * Management and execution of machinery stock, materials, and repairs * Liaison with material suppliers and budget tracking * Development of maintenance protocols for staff (records, work orders, training, manuals) * Repair of breakdowns and execution of work orders * Oversight of work carried out by suppliers and maintenance contracts * Support to Production regarding personnel and maintenance matters * Commissioning of new machinery or new production processes * Security control of facility entrance doors * Maintaining factory order and cleanliness * Monitoring tasks assigned to production staff * Backup for the Production Manager * Staff motivation Requirements: * Academic qualification and/or specialization: Vocational Training in Electricity / Warehouse Course, etc. * Experience: Required in Maintenance and/or similar position Offer: * Direct employment contract with the company. * Salary: €28,000 gross/year.
