Job Summary: We are seeking a tractor operator to perform essential farm work, operating agricultural machinery and preparing land for cultivation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proper land preparation for cultivation We are looking for a person to work as a field tractor operator, performing essential tasks on farms located in Casariche, Badolatosa, Puente Genil, La Roda de Andalucía, and Herrera. The job primarily involves operating agricultural machinery, including tractors, trailers, and tanks, as well as sulfurization tasks and proper land preparation for cultivation. This is a temporary employment contract with an estimated duration of one year, carried out on a full-time basis. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 14:30. The monthly salary is 1600 euros, with daily payment determined according to the current agricultural collective agreement, which sets remuneration at 62.39 euros per working day.
