Opportunities for professional growth within the department. **Industrial Maintenance Engineer** We are looking for an **Industrial Maintenance Engineer** with solid knowledge and experience in the industrial sector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the equipment and facilities at our plant, aiming to ensure their optimal performance and maximize their service life. **Responsibilities:** * Planning and monitoring of **preventive and corrective maintenance** across the plant. * Coordination of interventions carried out by the **maintenance team**. * Supervision of a maintenance team of 6–10 people. * Analysis of failures and proposal of **technical improvements to reduce downtime**. * Organization of maintenance priorities in coordination with production. * Participation in projects related to **continuous improvement and process optimization**. * Monitoring of maintenance KPIs. * Coordination with external suppliers when required. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience of at least 3 years in **Industrial Maintenance**. * Solid knowledge of **Industrial Mechanics**, **Electrical Engineering**, **Industrial Automation**, and **Hydraulic Systems**. * Experience in **team organization or coordination**. * Familiarity with **Computerized Maintenance Management Systems** (CMMS) and **PLCs**. * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capability. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to **Continuous Improvement**. * Teamwork and effective communication skills. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge industrial environment. * Continuous professional training and development. * Opportunities for professional growth within the department. * Competitive remuneration and an attractive benefits package. * Job stability and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
