We are currently looking for a person to join our Human Resources team in Alcalá de Henares. Could that be you? Keep reading… The person in this position will have one primary objective: to lead human resources administration and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and driving the digital transformation of the area. Once you join our team, you will carry out the following responsibilities: * Participate in designing policies and processes for payroll and HR administration. * Ensure accurate execution of workforce, time, and payroll administration processes—transitioning toward digitalization of more administrative processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee service orientation. * Develop internal and external reporting requirements and perform payroll and HR administration controlling for management, monitoring budget adherence and supporting corporate decision-making. * Address and resolve employee inquiries and doubts regarding HR administration (contracts, pay slips, leave requests, etc.). * Stay up to date on labor legislation and HR best practices to ensure correct interpretation and application of labor laws and regulations across the entire organization. * Define and oversee all legal and administrative procedures related to personnel administration. * Participate in resolving labor-related conflicts and support trade union management. * Manage benefits and flexible compensation packages, supporting their rollout and implementation to deliver an exceptional employee experience. * Manage working hours and vacation scheduling—with special support for the manufacturing team—and monitor absenteeism. * Other duties associated with the role. What do you need to succeed in this role? * Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law, or related field. * Postgraduate studies and/or specialization in Labor Relations and/or Labor Management will be valued. * English proficiency at B2 level. * 5–10 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll roles, or similar. * Preference for candidates with experience in the industrial or services sector, including experience managing rotating-shift workforces. * Knowledge of and/or experience with SAP/SuccessFactors payroll applications. * Especially important personal competencies include: analytical ability, service orientation, discretion, teamwork, planning and organization, autonomy, initiative/proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
