




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Reception position to perform administrative tasks, greet visitors, and provide internal office support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone reception, call forwarding, and message taking 2. Support in meeting preparation and employee travel management 3. Management of company vehicles, reservations, and maintenance Our Administration team is looking to hire a new colleague to fill the Reception position at our headquarters located in Paterna (Valencia). The main responsibilities of this position will be: * Greeting visitors and suppliers * Telephone reception, call forwarding, and message taking * Basic administrative tasks, tracking of delivery notes and invoices, and requesting invoices from suppliers * Restocking and purchase requests * Management of company vehicles, reservations, inspections, and maintenance * Support in meeting preparation, employee travel arrangements, and internal events To successfully carry out these responsibilities, we seek a professional with demonstrable experience of **at least 1 year performing these functions** **Required Qualifications** * Higher vocational training qualification * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Verbal and written communication skills * English fluency for customer interaction and telephone calls * Ability to organize, plan, and perform administrative support tasks Preferred Qualifications * Experience with JIRA * Additional languages **Position Details** * Full-time position * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break) * Location: Paterna Technology Park (Valencia) * **Personal vehicle required**
