Main responsibilities include daily menu preparation, adjusted to the nutritional needs of elderly people. Special diets—such as pureed, low-calorie, or salt-free—must be adapted according to medical instructions. Tasks also include kitchen organization, control of food preparation and service timing, and proper receipt and storage of raw materials. Food inventory will be managed, and compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations—including the HACCP system—will be ensured. Kitchen and equipment cleaning and maintenance are essential, as is supervision of food plating and meal distribution. Prior experience in collective catering (hospitals, schools, nursing homes) and ability to work in a team—demonstrating respectful treatment toward elderly people—are highly valued. A temporary employment contract of 180 days is offered, full-time with rotating shifts, and a monthly salary of 1\.221 euros. Professional experience is mandatory.
