Ability to lead teams and drive them towards results **Description:** ---------------- Through **Quality Temporal**, we are looking for a Line Supervisor for the deboning room at an important company in the meat sector located in Breda (Girona). The selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, supervision, and operational management of the deboning line, aiming to optimize production processes, guarantee product quality, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. **Main responsibilities will include:** * Planning and organizing work shifts according to forecasted production. * Assigning tasks and shifts to the deboning team. * Supervising the proper execution of the deboning process, ensuring efficiency and compliance with technical and sanitary standards. * Coordinating, training, and motivating the operational team. * Controlling final product quality and ensuring its traceability. * Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations, food safety standards (HACCP), and occupational risk prevention (ORP). * Reporting production data, incidents, and improvement proposals to the Plant Manager. **We offer:** * Direct incorporation into a solid and growing company. * Stable project with professional career path. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM. * Remuneration: according to experience provided. * Continuous training and internal development. **Requirements:** --------------- * Previous experience in similar roles within the meat or food industry. * Knowledge of deboning processes, quality standards, and food safety regulations. * Ability to lead teams and drive them towards results. * Good command of Catalan and Spanish. * Organized, decisive individual with a continuous improvement mindset. * Personal vehicle to commute to the workplace. **Preferred qualifications:** * Residence near Breda or nearby municipalities such as Riells i Viabrea, Hostalric, Arbúcies, and Sant Buixalleu. * Knowledge of traceability, meat yield calculations, and quality control. * Training and communication skills with operational teams.
