




Position Summary: We are seeking a reception assistant to provide guest service, manage reservations, handle check-in/check-out, process billing, and resolve incidents at a hotel. Incident resolution and teamwork We are looking for a person to work as a reception assistant at a hotel located in Siero (Asturias). Main duties will include providing both telephone and in-person guest service, offering detailed information about all services available at the establishment. The candidate will also be responsible for managing guest arrivals (check-in) and departures (check-out). Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for administration of reservations received via telephone or internet, order management, invoice preparation, and resolution of any incidents that may arise. The ability to collaborate effectively with other hotel team members will be highly valued. At least one year of prior experience in a similar position is required. In the absence of direct experience, proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems will be considered. A high level of spoken English is mandatory. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace are also required. A full-time indefinite employment contract with night shift hours is offered.
