




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide support in accounting and finance document management, with general fiscal, legal, and administrative responsibilities. Key Highlights: 1. Support in accounting and finance document management 2. Management of legal and tax documentation 3. Administrative support and telephone assistance Responsibilities: Provide support in document management for the Accounting and Finance Department. TAX: Submit/control various tax forms to the tax agency. LEGAL: Manage documentation including deeds, minutes, articles of association (CCAA), ISO certifications, insurance policies, etc. OTHERS: \- Telephone assistance \- Manage generic email AUMA Iberia \- Various administrative tasks \- Support during audits \- Document management: \- TCs and monthly reports \- Archiving \- BC \- Various procedures (hiring, solutions, etc.) * Education: Intermediate Vocational Training in Administration * Languages: Upper-intermediate English; part of the interview will be conducted in English * Experience: Dual vocational training internship or minimal experience * Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Skills: Organized, able to work under pressure, multitasking, strong verbal and written communication skills. Employment Conditions: * Permanent contract, with a 2-month probation period * Vacation: 22 working days * Working hours: 8:00–14:00, with remaining 2 hours flexible * Gross annual salary: €22,000 in 12 payments Job Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €22,000.00–€23,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
